  • Decide whether you wish the property to be let as furnished or unfurnished.
  • Clarify that your Financial Lender /Insurance has no stipulations that prevent you from letting your property.
  • If you are offering your property as furnished, please ensure that the contents meet with all current safety regulations.
  • Provide a current Gas Safety Certificate, if you do not have one, we would be able to arrange this inspection for you at our published price.
  • Ensure that you have working smoke alarms on all floors.
  • Ensure that the property is in good clean order, as this is the way that you will expect the property to be returned to you.

Full Property Management and Letting Service
The Full Managed Letting Service offer is ideal for those who cannot or do not want direct involvement with their tenant. This covers all aspects of letting that (may) arise during a tenancy. We will manage your property from day 1 ensuring that the tenant and landlord are 100% satisfied to ensure a successful tenancy for both parties.
